We measure the linear feet, look at the peaks and gables worth lighting, and quote the layout that fits the house. Estimates can be done remotely from photos, or on site if you want to see the track and lights in person.

Permanent Track Lighting is the flagship, with a lifetime parts warranty and 3 year labor warranty. SmartClip LED Lighting puts commercial grade fixtures on the house for less.
We walk through both when we quote so you can pick on price and on coverage.
Signature Track Or Elite Track
Signature Track Lighting gives you a premium, polished line of light with fixtures set at 12 inch intervals. Elite Track Lighting is our highest density layout, set at 8 inch intervals, so the roofline reads as one continuous glow. Both are app controlled and carry the same warranty.

Common Questions
Does permanent lighting work on an older home with original trim?
Yes. The track is color matched and fastened to hold against the wood rather than through decorative detail.
What about a low ranch or split level?
Low horizontal rooflines usually look best with one clean uninterrupted run instead of a busy layout. Height is what makes a design read, and on a ranch the design has to come from the line, not the elevation.
Two story colonial with deep eaves. Any issue?
That is the most common house we work on in this region. Deep eaves are an advantage, since the channel hides completely and the light has room to wash down the facade.
