Built On Work That Stays Up
Capital Pro Lighting started with one idea: a house should not sit dark from November to March, and nobody should be on a ladder in a Capital Region winter to fix that. Ten years later that is still the whole job.
We know how homes are built here. Older Albany and Troy rooflines with steep pitches and historic trim. Long clean suburban runs in Clifton Park and Colonie. Low mid-century ranches in Niskayuna. Victorian detail in Saratoga Springs. Each of those is a different layout problem, so the design comes off your house instead of a template.
We are not the cheapest bid you will get, and we do not try to be. We install UL listed lights and color match the aluminum track to your trim so it sits flush against the fascia rather than hanging off it. That is the difference between lighting that looks installed and lighting that looks stuck on.

Choose color-matched Permanent Track Lighting or lower-cost SmartClip LED Lighting. Both provide app-controlled RGBW lighting.
UL Listed Lights
Every install uses UL listed lights. There is a lot of cheap lighting on the market and none of it goes on your house.
Color Matched Aluminum Track
The track is color matched to your fascia, so from the street it reads as a line of trim instead of hardware.
