Description (250 words)
Capital Pro Lighting is a locally owned permanent outdoor lighting company installing across New York State, western Massachusetts, and southern Vermont. Home base is the Capital Region: Albany, Schenectady, Troy, Saratoga Springs, Rensselaer, Clifton Park, Colonie, Latham, Guilderland, Delmar, Niskayuna, and Ballston Spa. Permanent installs reach across New York State within about 150 miles of Albany, including Syracuse, Utica, Binghamton, Ithaca, Watertown, Plattsburgh, the Hudson Valley, and Westchester, plus the Berkshires in western Massachusetts and the Bennington, Manchester, and Brattleboro area of southern Vermont. The company has been in business for 10 years. The core service is permanent outdoor lighting: programmable, track mounted LED fixtures installed along the roofline and accent areas of the home, tucked out of sight during the day and controlled from a phone app at night. Homeowners run warm white every evening, then switch to red and green for Christmas, orange for Halloween, or team colors on game day, without ever putting up a ladder again. Capital Pro Lighting installs only UL listed fixtures, and color matches the aluminum track to the fascia so it sits flush instead of hanging off it. Permanent Track Lighting carries lifetime parts and 3-year labor coverage; SmartClip LED Lighting carries 5-year parts and 3-year labor coverage. The company also handles seasonal Christmas and holiday lighting from start to finish: design consultation, installation on rooflines, trees, walkways and railings, mid season service if a strand fails, takedown after the holidays, and off season storage. Commercial, HOA and municipal properties are welcome. Capital Pro Lighting operates from 5A Vatrano Rd in Albany, New York, offering remote estimates from photos as well as on site visits, and provides a military discount. Phone (518) 900-1912.
