A walkthrough of the house first, so the layout is decided before anyone is on a ladder. Rooflines, peaks, columns, walkways, trees, wreaths, and garland all get quoted as separate line items, so you can start with the front of the house and add later.
Install, mid season service calls, takedown, and storage are included in the season price. Nothing is billed back to you when a strand fails in the cold.
